Willow Burn Hospice have been a huge part of one of our best friend Emily's life since her Dad was admitted in March 2024. The team have cared for John incredibly since then, and he remains under their care during his final months. The ripple effect of the care and compassion of the people who work there spreads to not only the patient, but their family and loved ones too. It's such a valuable local resource and it is charity funded, which is why the GNR is so important to us. 
We are also both physiotherapists in the NHS who understand the impact of hospice care for our patients and their families towards the end of their life. 
This is going to be our greatest challenge yet, as neither of us are runners, but we are honoured to be doing this for such an amazing cause. Any donations, big or small, are greatly appreciated!
